Kupferberg Family's Campaign

Join us in raising funds and awareness for United Hatzalah of Israel. We are doing this In Honor Of the aliyah of our parents Minel and Mina Kupferberg and in honor of all the amazing UH volunteers who drop everything at a moment's notice to run to save lives all over Israel every day .

Message to sponsors:

Our family became involved with United Hatzalah when UH opened up a group within the last year in our area and Duvy, a pulmonary and critical care doctor, decided to join as a volunteer doctor first responder.  We have seen first hand how UH's amazing volunteers drop everything at a moment's notice, grab their United Hatzalah life-saving equipment, and head out to calls 24-7 to save lives. UH needs enough livesaving equipment to outfit enough volunteers all over Israel so they can get to a call in 90 seconds or less- this fast response time can really help save lives, before a traditional ambulance can even arrive!  We love participating in the Jerusalem Marathon and wanted to help United Hatzalah so we decided to start UH's first ever marathon team! The Kupferberg Family wants to raise enough funds to buy a life-saving defibrillator. As a doctor, Duvy especially appreciates how imporant this piece of equipment is for saving someone who is having a heart attack.  So please donate to our campaign today! And if you can, please join the inaugural United Hatzalah Jerusalem Marathon team and run (or walk...some of us walk....) to help save lives faster!  Watch the wonderful videos to get a flavor for what United Hatzalah is all about.
