Fundraising for a Heavy Ambucycle

Hello,

My name is Lior Eskenasy. I am 34 years old, and I am an osteopath and medic. I am married to Miri, who is 32 years old, a nurse, and she, too, is a volunteer medic. I have been volunteering with United Hatzalah for approximately 10 years as an Ambucycle volunteer. I have gone out to numerous emergency calls, and I have participated in hundreds of particularly harsh incidents.

Over the years I have served in a number of positions in the Tel Aviv Chapter, including as a member of the management staff of the chapter and as the regional paramedic, which is my current position. I see myself as an emissary who possesses the capability of saving many lives.

In 2015 I conducted an intake interview for Miri Shvimmer when she wanted to join United Hatzalah in Tel Aviv. In 2019 we married! We serve together as an advanced rescue team, accompanied by our advanced medical devices and medicinal drugs, precisely like any emergency ambulance, only as on-call medics. We arrive first to the scene of an incident, whether together or on our own.

I work as an osteopath in a private clinic in Tel Aviv, and I am currently in the midst of the acceptance process for medical studies. Miri works as a nurse in a private company, and she, too, is in the process of acceptance for medical studies.

The volunteer process has had a tremendous impact on me, and on my appreciation that we can save many more lives with the aid of a motorcycle that will serve us while we are in Central Israel. Therefore, we are in need of a donation of a heavy motorcycle that can serve us anywhere and at any time.

The motorcycle will be outfitted with full medical equipment, and will be enable the medic to reach many incidents that particularly today, with the increasingly dense motorways, ambulances are often unable to reach the patients requiring treatment.
