We're all in this together.

Corona Pesach First Responder's Campaign

Join us in raising funds and awareness for United Hatzalah of Israel. We are doing this in recognition of "The Volunteers of Hatzalah".

Message to sponsors:

The current corona virus situation dictates that on each call, volunteer first responders must wear disposable protective suits made of nylon that are extremely hot to wear even for short durations of time.  Volunteers should not have to sweat through their clothing on every call they respond to.  Moreover, the stress of emergency situations should not be compounded with heat stress.  Early responders are in urgent need of a solution that will keep them cool and focused during calls (which can be legnthy), while being kept safe and protected.  Please help us provide each ambulance with Cool Collars for responders to wear under their suits so the response can be as effective as possible, even under the extraordinary conditions of the Corona pandemic.

The Cool Collar has been used by Hatzalah volunteers and has been proven to both defer the onset of heat exhaustion and improve both cognitive and physical performance in heat.  When each ambiulance is stocked with them, the product will be used by both responders during the pandemic, as well as for patients suffering from heat stress (which is all too common is Israel.)
