Atlanta Project Tzfat's Campaign

Please join me in raising funds for United Hatzalah of Israel. I am doing this to partner with the city of Tzfat to donate 3 Ambucycles, 25 defibrillators and 60 burn treatment kits To the casual visitor Tzfat is the quaint mystical crown of the Gallilee. Its pastoral winding mountain roads and picturesque alleys are popular with the many tourists that flock to the area. To the United Hatzalah medic, these roads and alleys are the scenes of many hard to access traffic accidents. To Tzfats residents it is one of Israels poorest cities with a disproportionately high amount of youth and elderly. With its unique socio-economic demographic challenges United Hatzalah medics in the area are hard-pressed to provide comprehensive emergency medical care to all the residents and tourists in the holy but unique city. Prompt access and professional medical equipment are the keystones to United Hatzalahs legendary response time. More rapid and nimble ambucycles are required for this critical region to respond to the numerous car accidents on the winding roads and emergencies within the picturesque old city. Defibrillators are required equipment to provide definitive lifesaving cardiac care, particularly for the poor elderly who often neglect their health issues due to financial concerns. Burn care kits are essential to immediately treat young children and adults who suffer from otherwise painful, debilitating and disfiguring burns..
