Witness firsthand how United Hatzalah’s lifesaving mission transforms communities and save lives every single day and be part of this unforgettable adventure helping to shape the future of lifesaving.

United Hatzalah Young Leadership (UHYL) is a vibrant global community of young leaders, ages 22–38, who are committed to making an impact in lifesaving in Israel right now and for generations to come. As an initiative of United Hatzalah, the world’s largest volunteer-based emergency medical services organization, UHYL brings together young leaders to connect, learn, and engage with United Hatzalah’s lifesaving mission, while building an engaged collective. Our members hail from cities including New York, Miami, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, London, Toronto, Jerusalem, and Tel Aviv.

During the UHYL Delegation, participants will enjoy exclusive behind-the-scenes access, hear firsthand accounts from United Hatzalah’s everyday heroes in action, and engage in meaningful opportunities to support our lifesaving mission, all while connecting with a global community of like-minded peers. Here’s a glimpse of what awaits:

  • In-depth tours of United Hatzalah’s International Headquarters and Logistics Center
  • Guided visit to southern Israel, including Sderot and the Nova Festival site, with insights on United Hatzalah’s response on October 7th
  • Ambulance and EMS vehicle shifts with United Hatzalah volunteers
  • Mass Casualty Incident Drill conducted in partnership with the IDF

  • Private sessions with leading Israeli innovators and thought leaders
