Running free for those who can't.
Message aux sponsors
I made Aliyah in August 2023 and am very excited to run the Jerusalem Marathon 10K for the first time as an Israeli. I've run the race twice in the past, but I think it will feel different this time around. Running through the streets of Jerusalem is always exhilarating (although the hills are still tough,) and running with the knowledge that this is my home is not quite the same as running as a tourist.
This year I've chosen to run in support of United Hatzalah. I am currently taking an EMT course run by United Hatzalah with the goal of immersing myself into their literally lifesaving work, and I would like to support them further with this fundraiser because I'm not sure where we would be as a country without them. This is apparent now more than ever.
