United Hatzalah's over 7000 paramedics and EMTs work as a grassroots organization without red tape to save lives in their communities at no cost to the patient, ever. These volunteers jump from their offices, homes, or when on the run, dropping everything to run to the emergency nearby often placing themselves in harm's way, to treat the injured and save lives. Utilizing an Uber-like system and other innovations, United Hatzalah has become the fastest medical emergency response organization in the world, averaging under 90 seconds in cities, and 3 minutes throughout Israel.

Hatzalah now needs to replenish its medical supplies after the barbaric attacks in Israel with continued missile and terrorist barrages. The first responders are paralyzed without the proper equipment and protective gear needed to keep themselves and others safe.

I was so moved to learn of an incredibly generous Colorado Christian University patron, offering a $500,000 matching gift toward United Hatzalah's Emergency Campaign. What an amazing opportunity to make a difference and support Hatzalah's life-saving work. You can join me by supporting one or a multiple of the items listed and making a powerful, tangible (and tax-deductible) contribution at this difficult time for Israel and the world.

With utmost respect and appreciation,

About United Hatzalah of Israel

United Hatzalah of Israel is the largest independent, non-profit, fully volunteer Emergency Medical Service organization that provides the fastest and free emergency medical first response throughout Israel. United Hatzalah’s service is available to all people regardless of race, religion, or national origin. United Hatzalah has more than 7,000 volunteers around the country, available around the clock – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. With the help of our unique GPS technology and our iconic ambucycles, our average response time is less than 3 minutes across the country and 90 seconds in metropolitan areas. Our mission is to arrive at the scene of medical emergencies as soon as possible and provide the patient with professional and appropriate medical aid until an ambulance arrives, resulting in many more lives saved.

All donations made to a MyMitzvah campaign will be allocated toward the specific campaign goal, upon completion of said campaign. Donations to campaigns that do not reach their goals, will go toward the lifesaving activities of United Hatzalah.
