We're all in this together.

Neil Yaris of Maplewood, NJ's Campaign

Please join me in raising funds for United Hatzalah of Israel. I am doing this in recognition of The Heroic Volunteers of United Hatzalah .

Message to sponsors:

When emergencies occur, rapid medical treatment increases chances of survival exponentially. Using specially equipped motorcycle ambulances, United Hatzalaha's network of more than 3,400 volunteer medics help save thousands of lives each year across Israel by providing medical treatment in an average response time of 3 minutes or less. Their humanitarian services are FREE, universal and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to ALL PEOPLE OF ISRAEL regardless of religious affiliation, background or economic status.

Utilizing Israeli innovation, GPS technology phone apps (Uber for emergency responders) and these amazing Ambucycles, the volunteers of United Hatzalah (made up of Jews, Arabs & Christians, men & women, religious & secular) currently hold the fastest response time in the world - with it's model being adopted globally.

On the weekend of December 9th and 10th, two representatives of United Hatzalah will be visiting our community to share stories, provide information, and show us all what an Ambucycle looks like. One of them, a long time medic of UH by the name of Gavy Friedson just returned from spearheading special missions to Houston, TX and the Florida Keys where they found over 30 missing people. One of the videos above, along with the TED Talk by Founder, Eli Beer introduces Gavy.

When I was first introduced to United Hatzalah, I knew it was one of the most important organizations I had seen - saving lives, building peace and setting an example for the rest of the world.
