Haman dedicated a day for darkness. This Purim, you can dedicate a lifetime of light!
The "Help us name the next Bikey McBikeface" campaign is an opportunity to support United Hatzalah's lifesaving mission. Your donation will go towards bringing an ambucycle to the streets of Israel and saving lives in 3 minutes or less.
Every ambucycle on the road is dedicated by donors who understand that when it comes to an emergency, seconds count. Each bike is uniquely named by someone special before it's ready to ride.
Bikey McBikeface joined the pack of United Hatzalah ambucycles in 2017. The donation was organized by a group of friends in honor of their friend, Yoni Jesner, a Scottish 19-year-old who was killed in a terror attack in Tel Aviv in 2002. Yoni's friends were inspired by a boat named Boaty McBoatface and felt this unique name would suit the new ambucycle in their friend's memory.
Over the last six years, Bikey McBikeface has saved countless lives. As Bikey is almost 7 years old, he will soon need to be retired and to continue the legacy we will be naming a new ambucycle.
Every tax-deductible donation will earn you the ability to put a name into the running. The name will be chosen by a public vote after the full amount is raised.

Founded in 2006, United Hatzalah has grown to become the largest independent, non-profit, nationally recognized and fully-volunteer emergency medical services (EMS) organization in Israel, responding to over 2,000 emergency calls a day. United Hatzalah's 6,500 medics, paramedics, and doctors create a web of emergency first responders, each connected to a GPS-based dispatch system which, together with our innovative transportation solutions, provides lifesaving aid faster than any other EMS organization in the world, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
United Hatzalah has democratized access to emergency medical services by providing its services free of charge and has improved victim outcomes by getting first responders to the scene of an emergency three times faster than an ambulance. Our volunteers, spotted at every medical emergency, have been dubbed 'Angels in Orange' after their trademark orange vests.
