As I celebrate my Bar Mitzvah, I wanted to choose a project that is meaningful to me and shows the importance of helping others. I am raising money for United Hatzalah, an organization that provides free emergency medical care and fast response services in Israel. Their volunteers help save lives every day by reaching people who need help as quickly as possible. Supporting others and giving back are important parts of becoming a Bar Mitzvah, and this project is especially meaningful to me.
