This year, our fundraising efforts are focused on Ofakim Resiliency Program
Due to its proximity to the Gaza border, Ofakim has faced repeated rounds of rocket fire, infiltration
attempts, and terrorist attacks over the years, most notably during October 7, when the city was one
of the hardest hit.

United Hatzalah of Israel is the largest independent, non-profit, fully volunteer Emergency Medical Service organization that provides the fastest and free emergency medical first response throughout Israel. United Hatzalah’s service is available to all people regardless of race, religion, or national origin. United Hatzalah has more than 8,600 volunteers around the country, available around the clock – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. With our unique dispatch technology, innovative rapid response vehicles, and community-based volunteer network, our 8,600 volunteers - medics, paramedics, nurses, midwives and doctors - arrive to emergencies within minutes, and our goal is to arrive at any emergency across Israel in 90 seconds.
