The MCI Trailer is equipped with lifesaving medical supplies, weather-related protective gear, search and rescue tools, shelter and lighting, backup power, and more. These vehicles, with a weight capacity of over 3,000 pounds, can be deployed to a range of scenarios at a moment’s notice, such as
missing person searches, where they can be used to manage a traumatic scene, minimizing delays in gathering and transporting resources. Additionally, they are essential in remote or hard-to-reach areas, as they can be mounted on off-road rugged vehicles, ensuring critical resources are available on-site until further assistance arrives. Lastly, the MCI trailer can be deployed at concerts, festivals, marathons, and other events, bringing medical security to the scene to provide on-site emergency medical care and be prepared for large-scale medical crises

United Hatzalah of Israel is the largest independent, non-profit, fully volunteer Emergency Medical Service organization that provides the fastest and free emergency medical first response throughout Israel. United Hatzalah’s service is available to all people regardless of race, religion, or national origin. United Hatzalah has more than 8,600 volunteers around the country, available around the clock – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. With our unique dispatch technology, innovative rapid response vehicles, and community-based volunteer network, our 8,600 volunteers - medics, paramedics, nurses, midwives and doctors - arrive to emergencies within minutes, and our goal is to arrive at any emergency across Israel in 90 seconds.
