The Chi Upsilon Chapter of Alpha Epsilon Pi proudly stands with United Hatzalah of Israel, an independent, non-profit, fully volunteer Emergency Medical Service that is crucial during these difficult times in Israel.
With the current crisis affecting so many lives, United Hatzalah’s 6,500 volunteer medics are on the front lines, providing fast and free medical assistance throughout Israel. Their innovative use of motorcycle ambulances allows them to reach those in need in less than 3 minutes, offering critical care even before traditional ambulances arrive. This rapid response has become more important than ever, as they work tirelessly to save lives and protect communities.
We are providing an opportunity for the Jewish community and allies to contribute to a cause that truly matters. United Hatzalah of Israel is the largest independent, non-profit, fully volunteer Emergency Medical Service organization that provides the fastest and free emergency medical first response throughout Israel. United Hatzalah’s service is available to all people regardless of race, religion, or national origin. United Hatzalah has more than 8,600 volunteers around the country, available around the clock – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. With our unique dispatch technology, innovative rapid response vehicles, and community-based volunteer network, our 8,600 volunteers - medics, paramedics, nurses, midwives and doctors - arrive to emergencies within minutes, and our goal is to arrive at any emergency across Israel in 90 seconds.
