Dr. Yaakov Seligman has been a devoted United Hatzalah volunteer since 2006, saving lives across Israel while serving as a top trauma surgeon and combat medic. After high school, Yaakov moved to Israel, joined the IDF Special Forces, and later became a surgeon at Shaarei Tzedek. Today, he serves in an elite combat medical unit and is one of the most active emergency responders in the Shomron. We are raising funds to purchase an Advanced Life Support (ALS) SUV that will allow Dr. Seligman to respond quickly to emergencies and deliver critical care on the go. Your donation will help save lives and give this extraordinary physician the tools he needs to continue his mission.
ד"ר יעקב זליגמן הוא מתנדב מסור באיחוד הצלה מאז שנת 2006, ומציל חיים ברחבי ישראל תוך כדי שירותו כרופא טראומה בכיר וכרופא קרבי.
לאחר סיום לימודיו בתיכון, עלה יעקב לישראל, התגייס ליחידות המיוחדות של צה"ל, ובהמשך הפך למנתח בבית החולים שערי צדק. כיום הוא משרת כרופא ביחידה קרבית מובחרת ונחשב לאחד המגיבים הרפואיים הפעילים ביותר באזור השומרון.
