Ezra and I recently heard a talk given by one of the United Hatzalah volunteers in Israel who was called in on the morning of October 7th. Volunteers of all faiths and religious observance stopped what they were doing that Saturday and rushed into action. They risked their lives, entering an active terrorist attack to save as many people as possible. Their training and tools enables them to jump to action wherever they were. We want to ensure that United Hatzalah has the funding they need to continue to do so.

With our unique dispatch technology, innovative rapid response vehicles, and community-based volunteer network, our 8,600 volunteers - medics, paramedics, nurses, midwives and doctors - arrive to emergencies within minutes, and our goal is to arrive at any emergency across Israel in 90 seconds.
