Bar has faced tremendous challenges since the age of 18: his father suffered a serious accident that left him paralyzed, and the ongoing need to support his family and manage the family business. Today, the family is dealing with an even more complex situation — his father continues to require daily medical assistance and care, six siblings, and his brave mother who is working tirelessly to hold the family together with faith and hope.

United Hatzalah’s service is available to all people regardless of race, religion, or national origin. United Hatzalah has more than 8,600 volunteers around the country, available around the clock – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. With our unique dispatch technology, innovative rapid response vehicles, and community-based volunteer network, our 8,600 volunteers - medics, paramedics, nurses, midwives and doctors - arrive to emergencies within minutes, and our goal is to arrive at any emergency across Israel in 90 seconds.
