I’ve joined an incredible community of teens supporting United Hatzalah, Israel’s premier, all-volunteer emergency medical response organization which provides 100% free care to anyone in need. Their medics race to emergencies — with the goal of arriving in just 90 seconds — but they need special equipment, like bulletproof vests to make sure they are safe while saving others!
I saw firsthand on the ambulances how selfless the Hatzalah volunteers are. The situations that they run to are typically the ones most people run from. We need to do our part and provide them with any equipment possible to keep them safe while they continue to be selfless!
