Message to sponsors
Arzei Darom is raising money for urgent Donations for United Hatzalah in Israel: Amid the escalating crisis in Israel, United Hatzalah's dedicated volunteers responded to the call. Their medics and volunteers work tirelessly on the front lines, offering emergency life-saving services to those in need. They have launched an emergency appeal for desperately needed supplies. Every donation can play a pivotal role in ensuring these volunteers have the necessary resources they require. Your Contribution Will Fund: • Life-saving Equipment: Defibrillators, oxygen tanks, tourniquets, and trauma bandages. • Protection for Volunteers: Vital gear, including vests and helmets. • Support for Diverse Volunteers: Championing a united force of Jewish and Arab responders. A Glimpse into Their Reality: Near the Gaza border, one of United Hatzalah's valiant volunteers, Shalom Avitan, was handed an infant separated from its parents. His task has become to care for the baby until family members are identified, highlighting one of the countless heart-wrenching scenarios their volunteers face during emergency responses. In Their Honor: We humbly campaign in memory of cherished friends lost and in tribute to our dear friends and family in Israel, particularly those braving the front lines. Please support these heroes, making an invaluable difference during these challenging times. Your generosity is a beacon of hope.
About United Hatzalah of Israel
United Hatzalah of Israel is the largest independent, non-profit, fully volunteer Emergency Medical Service organization that provides the fastest and free emergency medical first response throughout Israel. United Hatzalah’s service is available to all people regardless of race, religion, or national origin. United Hatzalah has more than 7,000 volunteers around the country, available around the clock – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. With the help of our unique GPS technology and our iconic ambucycles, our average response time is less than 3 minutes across the country and 90 seconds in metropolitan areas. Our mission is to arrive at the scene of medical emergencies as soon as possible and provide the patient with professional and appropriate medical aid until an ambulance arrives, resulting in many more lives saved.
All donations made to a MyMitzvah campaign will be allocated toward the specific campaign goal, upon completion of said campaign. Donations to campaigns that do not reach their goals, will go toward the lifesaving activities of United Hatzalah.
