Message to sponsors
Many of us, participated in the Two Wheeling Healing Ambucycle campaign, back in 2022 raising enough money for ambucycle #1251 stationed in Jerusalem with Dan Gildoni. Photos here: https://photos.app.goo.gl/k2bVHaNhJg4JjYzr7Dan. Our ambucycle is playing a vital part in United Hatzalah’s response mission, helping victims of missile strikes in the area. As the war continues, and vehicles are still needed we were hoping to get a group of us together to sponsor another lifesaving vehicle, the Minilance. The Minilance is currently one of United Hatzalah most needed vehicles during this war effort. The Minilance is a small electric car with the ability to respond fast during war time and like its partner vehicle, the ambucycle, is suited to zip through traffic, wiggle through tight spaces, and arrive to an emergency, in 90 seconds. The Minilance unlike other vehicles, can fit four medics rather than just two, can lend more hands in a life-threatening emergency, is fully enclosed, making it a bit safer to drive than an ambucycle during the war, and can be driven by those, unable to drive a motorcycle. We are looking for 22 participants to donate $2500.00 each and participate in raising money for a Minilance, Four Wheeling Healing! Can we count on you?
About United Hatzalah of Israel
United Hatzalah of Israel is the largest independent, non-profit, fully volunteer Emergency Medical Service organization that provides the fastest and free emergency medical first response throughout Israel. United Hatzalah’s service is available to all people regardless of race, religion, or national origin. United Hatzalah has more than 7,000 volunteers around the country, available around the clock – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. With the help of our unique GPS technology and our iconic ambucycles, our average response time is less than 3 minutes across the country and 90 seconds in metropolitan areas. Our mission is to arrive at the scene of medical emergencies as soon as possible and provide the patient with professional and appropriate medical aid until an ambulance arrives, resulting in many more lives saved.
All donations made to a MyMitzvah campaign will be allocated toward the specific campaign goal, upon completion of said campaign. Donations to campaigns that do not reach their goals, will go toward the lifesaving activities of United Hatzalah.
