Message to sponsors
Back in 2015 my family was introduced to United Hatzalah. Once we heard the stories of how this amazing volunteer organization was saving lives, my family knew we needed to get involved. During our next trip to Israel we visited the Hatzalah office in Jerusalem and got to see close up how these volunteers from all walks of life work together to save lives. Unfortunately, volunteers alone are not enough, it also takes resources. From EpiPen’s to Helicopters and everything in between, Hatzalah needs equipment to help save lives. Not only do they need equipment to save lives but also equipment to protect their own lives – things like bulletproof vests and helmets are also in need, especially in this time of war. Today my goal, with your help, is to raise money to support the programs of Hatzalah. Tomorrow, who knows, maybe I will be a volunteer for Hatzalah Thank you Jordana
About United Hatzalah of Israel
United Hatzalah of Israel is the largest independent, non-profit, fully volunteer Emergency Medical Service organization that provides the fastest and free emergency medical first response throughout Israel. United Hatzalah’s service is available to all people regardless of race, religion, or national origin. United Hatzalah has more than 7,000 volunteers around the country, available around the clock – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. With the help of our unique GPS technology and our iconic ambucycles, our average response time is less than 3 minutes across the country and 90 seconds in metropolitan areas. Our mission is to arrive at the scene of medical emergencies as soon as possible and provide the patient with professional and appropriate medical aid until an ambulance arrives, resulting in many more lives saved.
All donations made to a MyMitzvah campaign will be allocated toward the specific campaign goal, upon completion of said campaign. Donations to campaigns that do not reach their goals, will go toward the lifesaving activities of United Hatzalah.
