Help Restore the United Hatzalah Ashkelon Branch
Support the branch after a shocking burglary and vandalization
Message to sponsors
Early Thursday morning, burglars broke into the United Hatzalah Ashkelon branch, causing extensive damage and stealing essential medical supplies, including defibrillators, bulletproof vests, helmets, other expensive equipment, and a brand-new generator. The total damage, including vandalism, is estimated at close to $50,000.
Ashkelon, located right next to the Gaza border, has endured years of suffering from missile attacks and vandalism from Gaza. This burglary is another devastating blow to the community and the dedicated volunteers, who selflessly respond to more than fifty emergencies every day, helping people purely out of the goodness of their hearts. The police are investigating, and the branch is now working to raise funds to replace the stolen supplies and repair the damage.
