When life is challenging, I turn to movement and community to lift us up. Join me virtually for “Stretch for Peace” on Monday, November 27th from 11am – 11:30a ET. Wear comfortable clothes and have a soft surface with some space. We will be standing and seated down on the ground. You’re welcome to modify any stretches seated in a chair. All are welcome. To join class, please make a donation of any amount. I will send the Zoom link one hour before class.
