10th Annual Sukkah Party: For Israel
Message to sponsors
With the heinous events ongoing in Israel by the hands of Hamas and our struggle to defend ourselves in our homeland, the hosts of the annual Sukkot parties are split on whether to throw a social festivity at this time. We have agreed that the unity, joys, and lives that might come from the annual celebrations are cause enough to move forward, but we’d also like to use this as an opportunity to support and contribute to the Israeli people socially and financially. Over the last 10 years we’ve never accepted an admittance fee, and we don’t plan to do so, but we are currently putting together a GoFundMe, and your contributions will be strongly encouraged, though not mandatory. Please do also feel free to send the link to others you feel might wish to contribute to a cause close to all our hearts once the link is up. Our hearts go out to all those living in fear in our homeland, to all the soldiers risking their lives in our defense, and all those abroad with loved ones in danger. May we continue to gather with strength love and unity.
