Message to sponsors
We are the United Hatzalah Volunteer EMTs of Central Jerusalem and the surrounding area of the Old City of Jerusalem. With great pride, we extend our reach into the heart of the ancient city and its surroundings. We are facing a terrifying and unprecedented time, and want to make sure our unit is appropriately equipped to face any unknown. In order to continue saving lives amid the relentless storm of bullets and shrapnel, we need to be properly equipped with basic medical supplies, protective helmets, shielded vests, and trauma kits Your generosity in making a contribution is deeply appreciated, as each and every dollar contributes significantly to our collective impact. Your support will play a pivotal role in preserving numerous precious lives. Please stay safe, and know that we can’t do what we do without you.
About United Hatzalah of Israel
United Hatzalah of Israel is the largest independent, non-profit, fully volunteer Emergency Medical Service organization that provides the fastest and free emergency medical first response throughout Israel. United Hatzalah’s service is available to all people regardless of race, religion, or national origin. United Hatzalah has more than 7,000 volunteers around the country, available around the clock – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. With the help of our unique GPS technology and our iconic ambucycles, our average response time is less than 3 minutes across the country and 90 seconds in metropolitan areas. Our mission is to arrive at the scene of medical emergencies as soon as possible and provide the patient with professional and appropriate medical aid until an ambulance arrives, resulting in many more lives saved.
All donations made to a MyMitzvah campaign will be allocated toward the specific campaign goal, upon completion of said campaign. Donations to campaigns that do not reach their goals, will go toward the lifesaving activities of United Hatzalah.
