בערכת החירום הטקטית – יש ציוד מיוחד המותאם לטיפול חירום בפציעות קשות המאפיינות פיגועי טרור ומקרים קשים גם בתנאי שטח מורכבים, כדי שהמתנדבים יוכלו לתת מענה חירום תוך שניות מההזנקה למקרה ולהציל את חיי הנפגעים.
הערכה המיוחדת פותחה ועוצבה במיוחד כדי לאפשר למתנדבים לטפל גם במצבי כאוס מורכבים, הערכה קומפקטית ומכילה את כל הציוד הקריטי לפציעות קשות, הערכה כבר נתנה מענה באירועי הטרור האחרונים ובזכותה המתנדבים הצליחו להציל עוד חיי אדם יקרים.
