Night stretched into morning across much of the country. From the south, still reeling from devastating strikes in Arad and Dimona, to the dense urban center of Gush Dan, and further north, the impact of Operation Roaring Lion continues to be felt nationwide. Unrelenting sirens sound in waves, sending families rushing for shelter. Within moments, United Hatzalah’s volunteers were already on the move to the scenes of unfolding emergencies.

Calls flooded into United Hatzalah’s National Dispatch Center following missile impacts and injuries came in from multiple locations.

This morning, in central Israel, areas like Tel Aviv, Jaffa, Petach Tikva, and Ramat Gan, were flooded by United Hatzalah medics responding to numerous impact sites. By midday on Sunday United Hatzalah teams had treated 14 patients injured across more than 30 locations due to rocket shrapnel. One person was in moderate condition, while 13 others sustained minor injuries. Additional individuals were treated for emotional shock by the Psychotrauma and Crisis Response Unit.

Further north, in Misgav Am, the scene was more severe. Two vehicles were struck and caught fire following a direct missile impact. After firefighting crews extinguished the blaze, medics discovered a victim inside one of the vehicles who was pronounced dead at the scene.

Across the country, volunteers navigated damaged streets, treated the injured, and provided critical emotional support. With over 8,100 volunteer medics, paramedics, and physicians on alert, the organization continues to deliver care within minutes, often before additional emergency services arrive.

Operation Roaring Lion has created a new reality in Israel. Multiple locations affected simultaneously across different regions. Yet even under these conditions, United Hatzalah remains ready. Responding in real time with care and compassion all with one mission, to save lives.
