Local Bicycle Shop Owner Donates Parts to Repair Vandalized First Response Vehicle
Kiryat Malachi resident and bicycle store owner Rafi Ovadia donated parts that were vandalized from a first response emergency electric bicycle that belonged to EMT Shmuel Galinsky.
