Participation in the Friends of United Hatzalah, Inc. (“FoUH”) basketball clinic on September 1, 2026, at Hillel Yeshiva at 1025 Deal Rd, Ocean Township, NJ 07712 (the “Event”) involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, permanent disability, or death. By registering for and/or participating in the Event, the participant (and to the extent the participant is under 18 years of age, the participant’s parent or legal guardian) voluntarily and knowingly assumes any and all risks, whether known or unknown, associated with participation in the Event. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the participant and parent/legal guardian release, waive, and discharge Friends of United Hatzalah, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, representatives, sponsors, speakers, and affiliates, and any other Event partners, from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liabilities arising out of or related to participation in the Event, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or other loss, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. The participant affirms that they are physically able to participate in basketball-related activities and agree to comply with all Event rules, instructions, and safety guidelines. This waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey. By registering for the Event, the participant (and, if applicable, such participant’s parent or legal guardian) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver.
