This distinguished Rabbi Eli Monsour, whose classes in Jewish wisdom have elucidated the minds of many people in his community at the Edmond J Safra synagogue, pleasantly surprised United Hatzalah’s Eli Beer when Rabbi Monseur stopped our Jerusalem headquarters. He came to say thank you to our volunteers for their hard work during this stressful time and see United Hatzalah’s amazing operations. He also had a good time trying on a bullet proof vest.
