United Hatzalah is looking for a bilingual grant writer to work on the International Resource Development Team. This position encompasses the full grant cycle: research, Letters of Intent, proposals, reporting and ongoing correspondence. This is a full-time position working at our Jerusalem headquarters.

• Research potential funding sources.
• Write grant applications based on organizational needs.
• Build program proposals, including budgets and measurable outcomes.
• Produce donor-centered marketing material.
• Track submissions of proposals and manage relationships with funders in Salesforce.
• Report to funders and maintain their engagement in projects funded by their grants.

• Native-level English speaker with outstanding English writing skills
• Basic Hebrew speaking, reading and writing skills
• Minimum of two years of proven grant-writing experience
• Excellent analytical and creative abilities
• Detail-oriented professional
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines simultaneously and work well under pressure
• Collaborative team player
• Computer literate in OFFICE, EXCEL, online grant application and reporting, familiarity with Salesforce a plus
