Families First
Supporting the families of our volunteers helps to support the volunteers themselves.
About
Families First provides a social network for the spouses and partners of
EMS volunteers. While volunteers have their own support networks, we
felt it was essential to create a supportive community for spouses and
partners as well. Through Families First, spouses and partners of
volunteers can build camaraderie, support each other and share stories
and struggles with people that understand their experiences firsthand.
Families First holds a grand get together for the spouses and partners of
volunteers in each of the 95 branches of United Hatzalah at least once a
year. We believe that by supporting the families of our volunteers, we are
also supporting the volunteers themselves.
