Ambucycle #287 is driven by Daniel Suissa, an exceptionally dedicated volunteer who is always ready to drop what he’s doing to take a call from United Hatzalah dispatch.

Daniel was in his office one day when he was alerted to a work accident at a nearby factory. Jumping on your ambucycle and racing along the roads, he and another United Hatzalah ambucycle medic arrived at the address in minutes. A sheet of iron had fallen from a crane, trapping a worker underneath. Together, the United Hatzalah volunteers managed to extricate the injured man. He had sustained serious injuries and Daniel was ready to staunched the bleeding, bandaged the wounds and affixed a neck brace to prevent further injury. By the time the ambulance arrived over 10 minutes later, the patient was stabilized and prepped to be transported to hospital.
